Doctoral Summary Form – May 2025 Graduation Ceremonies

 

This form is used to collect information about your doctoral research for the on-stage announcement at the ceremony.
 

Your preferred first name and legal last name (as recorded in Pūaha), thesis title, and supervisors will be printed in the graduation programme.
 

Please also complete this NameCoach form by Sunday 6 April, so the Vice-Chancellor can announce your name correctly.
 

This form must be completed by Monday 24 March.
